Your immune system protects you from being sick. Always take care of your whole machine by getting exercise, eating healthy, and not putting poison in your body.
2. Smoking is not good for your health.
Smoking put fats in arteries, they will lead you to strokes, heart and lung problems, and also bladder cancer — that means you’ll be peeing into a bag for the rest of your life.
3. Headaches are usually a sign of two things.
Lack of sleep, or lack of water. Think about those two factors before you start freaking out about your head hurting. More sleep and more water are pretty much never a bad idea.
4. Grapefruit with antibiotics.
Grapefruits contain the antibiotic, so try to eat healthy fruits and stay healthy. I don’t have an idea about grapefruit beer.
5. Early signs of a heart attack should not be ignored.
You don’t need to act like a tough or strong person all the time. If you are getting early signs of a heart attack do not ignore them. I am repeating it, Do not ignore. Visit the doctor.
6. Don’t stop taking your drugs early.
If you end your course of antibiotics early because you feel better, you could relapse back into whatever brought you to the doctor in the first place. If you’re prescribed a medication, do what the instructions say, and don’t try to outsmart the person who went to medical school.
7. Get vaccinated.
Get your children vaccinated. The vaccines work, and there is no confirmation that they don’t or that they’re risky. Try not to be an idiot.
8. Tell doctors about all your medication.
It’s very necessary that you reveal the medication you take regularly. Carry a list whenever next time you to visit the doctor. This is data that will enable your doctor to help you.
9. You don’t always need antibiotics.
Don’t be dependent on antibiotics all the time, try to avoid them. If you are not Ok then visit the doctor. Don’t act like one.
10. Get more blood tests.
Your blood can reveal to you such a large number of things. Early indications of cancers, viral diseases, STD’s, etc. Getting a yearly checkup and blood work done can spare you a mess of inconvenience later on, and it can spare your life.
