A healthy lifestyle seems to be long gone cause these days. Every time we enter on bathroom scale we get a pinch on our fat belly stomach and makes us realize how we should be healthy but we aren't. Sleeping for 8 hours.
Since we were kids we were taught to sleep at least 8 hours a day to be healthy and energetic. But new studies show that all we need is 7 hours of sleep to be refreshing and energetic.
Having a big breakfast.
This seems to be one of the biggest trait we try to follow. But studies show that every body’s requirement is different and need for calories differ from person to person.
Jogging in the morning.
Jogging is really healthy especially if you do it in morning or in the evening. But for our body to jog in the morning need a proper amount of energy and we should have breakfast at least 40 minutes before we start jogging.
Eating sweets in proper proportion is important since they contain glucose which is required for proper functioning of our brain. We can minimize the level of sugar instead of boycotting it completely.
Train until you are drained.
That is really a bad quote to follow. They say if our body isn’t aching next morning your didn’t work out enough. That isn’t true at all. Continous muscle sourness can be an indication of muscle tissue injury.
Not drinking water during the meal.
Water is essential for our digestive system and needs it for proper digestion. So drinking water during the meal is really healthy and helps with our digestion.
Having meals at the same time.
We always try to follow this rule but the truth is we should only east when we are hungry and not just because it’s our food time.
