Jennifer Aniston takes her workout routines very seriously.
And the 48-year-old Friends vet doesn’t seem to let a little knee injury get in the way of a 75-minute sweaty yoga session. Scroll down to see pictures.
The wife of Justin Theroux stepped out of The Class by Taryn Toomey in New York City on Sunday flashing a band over her left knee.
The band was over her knee, not on it, suggesting the item was restricting her muscles.
The Christmas Office Party actress is not known to get injuries very often even though she is committed to working out nearly daily with jogs and yoga sessions.
Aniston looked fit as can be in her tight grey tank top that was soaked with sweat.
She also had on Capri black workout leggings and sneakers.
And the Along Came Polly star was sure to flash a bottle of Smart Water, which she is a spokesperson for.
While the Horrible Bosses star was working on her strength and stretching,
Hubby Justin Theroux was spotted working up a sweat as he biked around the Soho neighborhood of New York.
The Leftovers lead showed off his impressively muscular arms in a sleeveless shirt paired with ripped jeans.
And a Wu Tang hat while peddling his gold cycle.
Along with her busy acting career, Aniston also is the face of Aveeno, EyeLove and Living Proof.

Since her interview, Toomey has added classes in LA’s Santa Monica, Brentwood and Hollywood neighborhoods.

‘My cheat snacks are pizza or Mexican food. That’s been my forever love affair—Mexican food. But yeah it has to be something savory or cheesy. I’m not tempted by sweets.’And she broke down her meals: ‘Breakfast is usually a shake, because I didn’t like eating in the morning. But I know it’s a healthy thing, so I try to get something in my body.
‘For lunch and dinner, honestly it’s pretty much the same thing—maybe some sort of fish or protein, a fruit salad, pasta once in awhile. A big salad.
And I drink a lot of water. Like, a lot. But yeah, I keep it pretty basic.’
Big role: The blonde is best known for Friends, but she’s also made over a dozen mega hit movies like Bruce Almighty, Marley & Me, We’re The Millers and Horrible Bosses .
