It was later reported that David was back in court on August 7 and the court hearing has been rescheduled for a later date. A source said, “David sued Olivia [his son’s mother] for visitation of Kaden a while back, and he and Olivia had mediation and were able to work out something in terms of a custody schedule, they are working toward having joint custody of Kaden.”

During the final ruling, the prosecution asked for supervised probation and more but the judge decided against that and instead only said that David had to stay out of trouble for 1 year.
