Mel B has a mountain of issues to deal with in her life, it was recently revealed that she is majorly suffering through PTSD and her alcohol addiction. Fans are really concerned about her and wish her the best to fight against her problems!

In a recent interview, Mel B shared her side of the story, she said, “The past six months have been incredibly difficult for me.” But that’s not all the problems in her life, she also revealed details about her shocking abusive relationship!
Mel B is also in an abusive relationship with ex Stephan Belafonte!
Mel B recently got a restraining order against Stephan, she revealed in her interview, “I’ve been working with a writer on my book, Brutally Honest, and it has been unbelievably traumatic reliving an emotionally abusive relationship and confronting so many massive issues in my life.”
Mel B is facing too many problems at once!
The ‘America’s Got Talent’ host is having a really tough time in her life, after being diagnosed with PTSD she later found out she was addicted to alcohol as well. To add to her problems she was in a relationship with Stephan who she accused of abuse and infidelity.
Mel B plans to visit the rehab before its too late!
She revealed during an interview, “I have also made the decision to go into a proper therapy programme in the next few weeks, but it has to be in the UK because I am very, very British and I know that will work best for me.”
Mel B released an official statement!
She said, “I am still struggling. But if I can shine a light on the issue of pain, PTSD and the things men and women do to mask it, I will do. I am speaking about this because this is a huge issue for so many people. I am working on being a better version of myself for my kids, for my family and for all the people who have supported me in my life.”
