Even though he is living in a denial, but sources say chances are he might be kicked out of the country. But Joe thinks he won’t be deported.
Things are different than he thinks.
Even though he is convinced things are very different. “Joe is convinced that he is not getting deported. He just says that it isn’t going to happen,” said the source.
He is serving jail time.
RHONJ star Teresa’s husband is a jailbird and is facing 41 months of jail time. And sources tell he might be deported after he serves his time.
ICE spokesperson confirmed the same.
They quoted he was “in deportation proceedings” while he’s in custody. And further added, “ICE has lodged a detainer, and he is in removal proceedings.”
He is in complete denial.
“Either he is in denial or he knows something that no one else does. But he does not believe it will happen,” says the source.
If proceeded he might be removed from the U.S
“If he is ordered deported while in custody, he will be removed from the U.S.,” the source continued.
Teresa might not see him free.
RHONJ star Teresa might not see him free since after completion of sentence Joe will be handled directly to the ICE for further proceedings instead of returning back to Teresa and their four daughters.
