Terry Crews, who is recently facing a legal trouble following the sexual harassment case, has pulled himself out of the upcoming sequel of ‘The Expendables’. It was found that he was testified before a Senate Judiciary Committee about sexual abuse.
His Dispute with Avi Lerner!
He said that he will not appear in the upcoming sequel due to his dispute with the producer Avi Lerner over his ongoing sexual harassment lawsuit against William Morris Endeavor agent Adam Venit.
Did Lerner call his manager to make him drop the lawsuit?
When he appeared for the hearing he alleged that he is forced to drop the lawsuit against William Morris Endeavor agent Adam Venit. He said that his manager was called by Lerner asking him the actor drop the lawsuit in order to have a role in the film.

Referring to his dispute with the producer, he said that he is no longer interested in having a role. It was reported that Lerner and his Production company, Millenium Films, are already struggling under an investigation after a former female employee filed a lawsuit for fostering “misogynistic work environment.”

While pulling himself out of the sequel, he said, “Abusers protect abusers — and this is one thing I had to decide, whether I was going to draw the line on,” he further added, “Am I going to be a part of this or am I gonna take a stand, and there are projects I had to turn down.”

It was found that 50 Cent mocked Crews by posting a shirtless photo of Crews on his Instagram handle with the caption “I got raped. My wife just watched.” It also featured the second photo of Crews in a suit with a rose in his mouth with the words “Gym time.”

After he pulled himself out of the upcoming sequel, it seems his career in front of the camera is on the verge of getting the end. “What happened to me has happened to many many other men in Hollywood, and since I came forward with my story I have had thousands and thousands of men come to me and say ‘Me too, this is my story. But I did not have the confidence, or I did not feel safe enough, to come out,’” Crews said. “Because what happens is you get blacklisted, your career is in danger — after that, no one wants to work with you.”
