Leah was competing against three other contestants, who were giving a very tough fight in order to win the grand finale. Her performance too was really wonderful – she performed Cyndi Lauper’s “True Colors”.

Sharaya after winning the second round had chosen to face off against Whitney. Whitney, who was sick didn’t stand a chance against Sharaya. Her cover of Lady Gaga’s ‘Million Reasons’ didn’t quite impress the judges.

James and Leah too were competing against each other. But, it was crystal clear from James’ performance that he would swiftly move on to compete against Sharaya. And, as expected he won against her to compete against Sharaya.

Judges were having a tough time to decide the winner, as James and Leah both had given an exceptional performance. However, Diddy while addressing Sharaya, said that it would be no brainer to decide her as a winner if James had not given a lightning performance.

Had it not been James – Sharaya would have single-handedly won the battle. But, he grabbed all the attention of the judges with his lightning performance. “Thank you all so much,” James said. “I honestly am in shock right now. Thank you, everyone, so much. Sharaya, I love you.”
